As part of our Elite Condominium Program, we offer the creation of an encrypted access website where community members can log on and have access to their Master Insurance Policy, Condo Docs, Unit Owners Supplement, Association Valuations and Appraisals and photo documentation. No longer will you have to answer questions regarding, deductibles, building values, flood coverage or other insurance information as it will be available online. Unit owners and their financial institutions will also be able to get insurance certificates online through the site. |

These sites are offered at NO COST to associations who pay in excess of $10,000 per year in
insurance premiums. For associations under the $10,000 threshold, there will be a $200 one time
charge for use of this service which basically covers our cost for creation.
